About the Instructor
Charmaine Gibbs-West is the founder and CEO of EssenceTree, a holistic beauty and wellness brand. In this role, she is committed to elevating women in both their healing and entrepreneurial journeys.
A former Goldman Sachs executive, Charmaine created EssenceTree when she left New York and moved to a farm in Nashville. Enthralled with the medicinal properties of plants, Charmaine began creating personal care products that infused herbs, healing essential oils and super foods. She also began offering powerful coaching services for women, in both lifestyle and business.
Today, Charmaine continues with her wellness-based mission. She’s impacted tens of thousands of people, helped grow scores of businesses, partnering with universities, hospitals and city governments.
